NEW VIDEO w/ Paul Baloche “Oh Our Lord”

It’s important to remember that all of the learning, the training, … the whole journey is about declaring the greatness of the Lord to the earth. Psalm 34: 1 – 3  “I will extol the Lord at all times;
his praise will always be on my lips. My soul will boast in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice.
Glorify the Lord with me;  let us exalt his name together.”   So… Join me, Paul, and all our friends for a “praise break.” // Psalm 8:1 – Oh Lord how majestic is Your name in all the earth!!!

  1. Attended your drumming classes during a worship seminar in Pittsburgh area. Thanks for the demo of one handed rolls; can’t wait to put it to use. In referrence to your quote of John 12:32, it seems to me that verse refers to Jesus being physically removed from the earth at His resurection and not lifted up as in praise. Comments?

    • Hi Karen, Thanks for your note. Glad the classes & the video are a blessing. // Yes, you are right about that scripture… I realize in worship ministries we’ve come to use that phrase as a way of saying “Let us exalt the Lord… let us glorify Him… etc. etc. ” I should have been more thoughtful with the scripture reference. Thanks for reminding me to be more careful with my references. Blessings, Carl

    Carl! That was an excellent “praise break!” Thank you for sharing this song. The folk feel was very reminiscent of Mumford & Sons. Are you hip to them? If not, check them out and you’ll know right away! That floor tom and kick drum pattern are one of the classics. That rhythm is so essential across the genres. Nice to add the cajon as well for timbre effects. Great band, great song. I’m passing it on!

  3. Mr. Carl,
    I’m from the philippines now living here in the states. I heard you play numerous times for ron kenoly and don moen back in my country. We played in our small church and we would attend these worship sessions to enjoy the music fit for the King himself. It was always a great time and blessing. I just want you to know that your playing has inspired us to deeper worship and lead others to it. Thank you sir for inspiring us to be a worshipper first before a musician. All blessings to you and your ministry!
